• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in, if used).
• Product inputs: the product name, description, price, category, target market, and any current-ad details you enter to generate a strategy.
• Uploaded images: product images you upload, which we store and analyze to identify the product and find relevant ads.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics about how the Service is used (e.g. pages visited, generations run).

Payment information: we do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes your payment and stores the relevant billing information under its own privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — generate your strategy briefs and find relevant real ads;
• To operate your account, process subscriptions, and provide support;
• To send the optional "Weekly Ad Radar" email (you can unsubscribe at any time from the email footer or your dashboard);
• To improve, secure, and maintain the Service.

3. Service providers (subprocessors)

We share limited data with the following providers strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and image storage.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI generation. Your product text and images are sent to generate your briefs.
• ScrapeCreators — used to fetch public ads from the Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center based on your product's keywords.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management (merchant of record).
• Resend — sending transactional and Ad Radar emails.
• Vercel & Railway — hosting of the website and backend.
• Google — website analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, or where required by law.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and may use analytics/advertising cookies (e.g. Google) to understand usage and measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
