Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for WinAds Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy on our instruction.
1. Free plan
The free plan costs nothing and never charges your card. You can use it without any payment.
2. Subscriptions & renewals
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. The price and billing date are shown at checkout and in your receipt from Lemon Squeezy.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the "Manage billing" link in your dashboard (the Lemon Squeezy customer portal). When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew again;
- You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period;
- You are not charged further.
4. Refunds
Because WinAds Pro is a digital service delivered instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy:
- 7-day satisfaction window: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a given plan and we will review your request for a full refund in good faith.
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: we will always refund genuine billing mistakes.
- After the current period begins, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time — instead, cancel to stop future charges and keep access until the period ends.
Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
5. How to request a refund
Email ai.tech2083@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your receipt or order number from Lemon Squeezy. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
